Pearl’s FCS1250 12″x5″ Firecracker Steel Shell Snare Drum provides a powerful punch and an explosive sound in one small drum. Available in both 10″x5″ and 12″x5″, the Firecracker snare is constructed of 8 plies of Poplar and features a classic steel shell, 1.6mm steel hoops, CL-50 steel lugs, 6 T061 tensions rods, an SR-018 strainer, and S-032 snares.

Jim’s stick is constructed of heartwood hickory, and the oval shaped bead creates a full dark tone quality. The very short taper and small collar size give the stick an excellent balance and response for rolls and softer passages.
